Our Varietals were hand harvested from Family Vineyards in Santa Ynez Valley. Right Bank Style Bordeaux Blend, 84% Cabernet Sauvignon, 12% Merlot, 4% Cabernet Franc. The body of this wine from characters to acidity pairs amazing with red wine braised short ribs and roasted root vegetables.
